Process and analyze micro loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality of the branch.
Solicit both potentially existing and new clients in accordance with the guidelines stated in the micro loan policies and procedures to ensure secured loans, on-board new micro loans to ensure delivery of disbursement targets, and explain to clients the different types of loans, credit options, and terms available for further cross-selling.
Collect all required client documents for loan applications to ensure eligibility, conduct credit investigations to analyze financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity, and gather valid financial records including credit histories and corporate financial statements.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment and regularly for existing customers to evaluate collateral and financial situations, follow up immediately with delinquent clients, process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices, and stay abreast of new financial services and products.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

High Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in granting loans.
Basic knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and the bank's software.
Good sales and customer service skills.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
