Support logistics, procurement, travel and event arrangements in line with HPA and donor procedures.
Maintain project records and shared files, and help ensure compliance with donor requirements, branding and visibility guidelines.
Follow HPA’s safeguarding, anti-fraud and data protection standards, and report any concerns promptly.
Carry out other duties within the scope of the role as reasonably requested by the Project Lead.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in communications, public health, development studies, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Project coordination or management, preferably in international development, health or a regional programme for 3 years.
Proven experience managing social media communication, including planning content, running campaigns and analysing performance.
Facebook and TikTok experience strongly preferred (Essential).
Excellent written and spoken English, and fluency in Khmer (Essential).
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience of reporting, budgets and logistics on donor-funded projects (Essential).
