About the role
- Responsible for sales expansion and customer management in the Phnom Penh region for KYN Logistic Co., Ltd, driving the growth of logistics and transportation business.
- Develop and maintain clients in the logistics, transportation, and related industries, establishing stable cooperative relationships.
- Formulate sales plans and execute business expansion strategies to achieve monthly and annual performance targets.
- Understand customer needs, provide suitable logistics solutions, and follow up on project implementation.
- Coordinate internal operations, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure service quality and delivery efficiency.
- Track market dynamics and competitor situations, adjusting sales strategies in a timely manner.
- Maintain key customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or above, with majors in Marketing, Logistics Management, or Business preferred.
- Possess sales or business development experience; experience in the logistics/transportation industry is preferred.
- Able to communicate fluently in Chinese; proficiency in English or Khmer is a plus.
- Possess strong customer development, negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Have good team collaboration, execution, and stress tolerance abilities.
- Proficient in office software, and able to independently organize sales reports and follow-up records.
- Able to communicate in Khmer.
