Responsible for logistics operations management, overseeing daily operations of sea freight, air freight, and warehousing. Coordinate cross-departmental teams and client communication to ensure efficient, accurate operations that meet company service standards.

• Oversee the company's logistics operations processes, optimizing the efficiency and service quality of sea freight, air freight, warehousing, and port-related operations.
• Coordinate internal teams with clients, carriers, agents, and partners to ensure smooth cargo flow and timely delivery.
• Supervise order processing, document review, transportation arrangements, and follow-up on exception issues to reduce operational risks and delays.
• Analyze operational data and cost performance, proposing improvement plans to enhance overall service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with management to execute business objectives, team management, and daily operational tasks, promoting stable departmental development.

• Possess management experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related fields, with familiarity in sea freight, air freight, and port operational processes.
• Fluent in Chinese communication, able to communicate smoothly with clients and teams in Chinese; good English ability is preferred.
• Have strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills, capable of handling operational matters independently.
• Familiar with logistics documentation, transportation arrangements, customer service, and basic operational data analysis.
• Possess a sense of responsibility, resilience, and results-oriented thinking, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Associate degree or above, with a major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields preferred.
• Able to communicate in Khmer.
