• Lead and manage daily factory operations and production activities to achieve targets for volume, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 120 employees, including force planning, performance management, recruitment, promotion, and development.
• Plan and optimize the use of manpower, raw materials, machinery, facilities, and other resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure effective quality management and product conformity, including management of non-conforming products and customer complaints.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, QMS, EHS requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor KPIs, production performance, downtime, productivity, wastage, quality, and costs, and take timely corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, waste reduction, and process optimization.
• Ensure effective preventive/predictive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.
• Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Plantation, Sustainability, Warehouse, Procurement, and senior management to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and provide recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
• Serve as Management Representative for quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety systems, supporting certification audits, customer audits, internal audits, corrective actions, and management reviews.
• Make timely decisions on major production, quality, resource, and operational issues while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field. Managerial position for 3 to 5 years as a minimum. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing. Proven experience managing overall factory operations, including Production, Packing, QA, Engineering/Maintenance, Planning and Warehouse/Store. Well aware about Management system: ISO9001:2015 / ISO14001:2015 / IS045001:2018

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement. Experience in the rubber or glove manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach with the ability to manage a large force.
