Planning & Logistics Officer: Create, modify, and manage all logistics (import of raw material, export of finished goods) planning.
Develop and maintain supply and distribution plans to meet production and customer demand.
Monitoring RM and FG inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating dispatch as per customer requirements.
Promptly addressing operational issues to minimize delays in shipment plans.
Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and shipping s.
Liaising with other internal functions in arranging all documentary support needed for the shipments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and planning reports.
Always looking for cost-saving opportunities.
Other duties assigned by management.
QA Staff: Conducting all Quality Assurance activities (packaging development, customer specification, audit).
Ensuring GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory.
Maintain adherence to quality systems e.g BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
Calibration of all critical measuring instruments and in-process CCPs.
Support internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc. Other tasks assigned by commander.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Planning & Logistics Officer: Bachelor's Degree is required.
Food and Beverage for 2 years is preferred.
3+ years of previous experience in related areas (Planning, Supply chain, Logistics).
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Good time management & communication skills.
Good command of English is needed for this role (Speaking, Listening, Writing).
Soft Skills: Communication, Planning, Attention to detail, Conflict management.
QA Staff: Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience in QC, QA, Safety in Food and Beverage for 2 years is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Argo-industry or related fields.
Experience in QA/QC function from Food or related industries preferred.
Good understanding of GMP/HACCP/BRC/HALAL certifications.
Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking skills) and Computer literacy.
Soft Skills: Communication, Attention to detail, Problem.
