Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote our furniture and interior fit-out products/services Identify and approach potential clients, including private investors, contractors, hotel/resort owners, and interior design firms Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Prepare product presentations, quotations, and proposals for clients Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Manage and grow the company's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns Track market trends and competitor activities within the furniture/interior industry Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and lead-generation targets Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management

Marketing or sales role, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or fit-out industry for 3 years as a minimum General & Technical Skills Priority given to candidates with previous experience at established Phnom Penh–based companies such as organizations Strong knowledge of furniture products, interior fit-out solutions, and industry terminology Proven track record of building client relationships and closing sales Proficient in basic digital marketing tools (social media platforms, presentation software) Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; strong communication skills required Additional skills are a strong advantage: Vietnamese and/or Chinese (Mandarin) Existing net of contacts within Cambodia's construction, hospitality, or real estate sectors Soft Skills Confident, presentable, and comfortable engaging with clients, contractors, and decision-makers Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to both independently and as part of a team
