About the role

Provide precise and professional communication of sales strategies, tools, guidance, solutions of payroll service and support both internal stakeholders and customers to increase number of users and profit to payroll.
Organize and maintain both hard copy and soft copy of documents related agreements, proposals, marketing activities in an orderly manner.
Be adaptable and accountable for urgent task or assignments from Line Manager, such as leads generation, documentation, reporting, and client visiting through calling.
Support Payroll Service sale team in resolving company challenges including issues related to KYC, communication, complaints, reports, documents changes and salary payment error.
Facilitate communication between different departments and teams within the company to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
Serve as a secondary contact point for customer when the sale team is unavailable for urgent matters.
Support Line Manager in tracking customers’ activities and analysing the customers’ accounts for insights.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Management, and/or related field.
Minimum two years of ing experiences in banking, service operations, customer service and/or related fields.
Excellent knowledge of the bank guidelines, and operation process.
Strong problem solving, negotiation, and interal skill.
Ability to understand the banking operations including policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable law, rule, and regulations.
Ability to use Microsoft 365 and banking software.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to analyse the data and ensure accuracy.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
