• The Senior Procurement Supervisor oversees procurement operations, supplier management, and purchasing activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and efficient acquisition of goods and services while supporting objectives and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement procurement plans based on operational and requirements.
• Develop and improve procurement SOPs and flows.
• Support internal and external audits related to procurement activities.
• Coordinate with departments to understand purchasing needs and priorities.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to support operations.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Monitor procurement activities to prevent stock shortages and operational disruptions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers and vendors.
• Manage supplier databases and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations regularly.
• Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery s, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings.
• Implement cost reduction and value improvement initiatives.
• Ensure competitive bidding and quotation comparison processes are followed.
• Monitor procurement expenditures and budget utilization.
• Ensure all procurement contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Review, negotiate, and administer supplier contracts and service.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance reports, and cost-saving analyses.
• Analyze purchasing data and recommend improvement opportunities.

1. Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree / MBA in in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 2. Soft Skills:

• Preferably with 5 years up of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
