Manage end-to-end recruitment and support operations position for Drivers, Delivery staff, and Warehouse Operators.
Coordinate with Operations hiring managers to understand headcount, shift needs, and job locations.
Source candidates, shortlist, interviews, and follow up through offer and joining.
Screen candidates against role requirements (experience, availability, job readiness, required documents).
Maintain recruitment tracker/pipeline and provide timely status updates.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and support smooth candidate experience.
Ensure recruitment activities follow company HR policies and documentation requirements.
Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new hires understand company policies.
Requirements
1–3+ years of recruiting experience (preferably operations: drivers/delivery/warehouse) with high-volume hiring.
Strong sourcing and screening skills; ability to match candidates to operational requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple open positions.
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance process.
Comfortable ing under tight timelines and supporting urgent hiring needs .
