About the role

Contribute to ABA growth and profitability through the provision of customer service quality and sales.
Understand customer needs and choices, communicate product features and benefits.
Process account opening or resolve account-related issues.
Identify sales opportunities and implement cold call programs to influence customer buying behavior.
Process customer account opening over the counter to achieve individual set deposit targets.
Verify customer identification and required documents for account opening eligibility and follow up on incomplete documents.
Resolve account service-related issues to ensure effective customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain secure, efficient, and accurate filing to ensure customer confidentiality and serve as a reference for dispute settlement.
Maintain superior product and service knowledge to ensure the quality of customer service provided.
Create effective referral networks, including internal relationships, existing customers, and local market activities, to promote the Bank's products and services.
Monitor local competitors' activities and performance to develop effective plans for market share gain.
Promote the Bank's products and services to enhance brand awareness and customer traffic.

Requirements

Hold a high or bachelor degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Possess good sales, customer service, and computer skills.
Possess good problem-solving, negotiation, and internal skills.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Have strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
