The national consultant/expert on Information on Reporting on Gender and other relevant information will closely with the project team, including the National Project Coordinator and the Administrative and Financial Assistant, under the direct guidance of the National Project Manager.
The National Consultants/experts will report on supplemental national communication (research and systematic observation, education, training, and public awareness.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Master's Degree as a minimum Phd in climate change, social sciences, development studies, natural resource management, environment, or related fields demonstrably relevant to the position.
Climate change-related for 7 years as a minimum Have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Energy, Industrial Processes and Product Use, Agriculture and Livestock, Forestry and Other Land Uses, and Waste; Have good knowledge of the issue, the main challenges of climate change, and the various instruments of implementation of international policy on climate change; Have good knowledge of the calculations of emissions of different greenhouse gases according to the revised methodology of the IPCC /OECD; Have a good ability to summarize and use scientific and technical documentation; Mastery of the methodology of uncertainties in IGES, in particular, the Good Pract.
