About the role

Responsibilities and Duties: Main Duties: Process gold payments and calculate charges for each new customer order.
Process gold payments and calculate charges for new vault orders.
Process gold payments and calculate charges for repair orders.
Process gold payments and calculate charges for Siem Reap and Battambang branch orders.
Process gold payments and calculate charges for repair items for sale to customers.
Calculate charges from Anh4 to be included in the overall charges.
Calculate charges for Cancelled items.
Submit summarized charges to the Cost Accounting Department.
Process OB (old items) gold payments.
Create Sale Orders in the BC System when there is an Invoice Update.
Scan installer documents and keep them secure.
Prepare monthly summary reports for the department and report to management.
Provide information to the department head when encountering problems to find solutions and receive guidance from the head.
Maintain order, respect discipline, and adhere to the company's internal regulations.
Perform other tasks as instructed by management.
Occasional Duties: Review old invoices (from late 2010 to early 2014) in the TO program.
Assist with other tasks when a team member is absent.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant accounting work experience.
Proficiency in numerical calculation and data analysis.
Priority will be given to those who know how to use Accounting System software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.
Reasonably good command of the English language.
Age between 20 to 30 years old.
Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
Honest and responsible.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and quick to adapt.
