The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling construction and agricultural equipment, including road compaction rollers, wheel loaders, tractors, and related attachments.
The role focuses on developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets throughout Cambodia.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new customers throughout Cambodia.
Promote and sell road rollers, wheel loaders, tractors, and related attachments.
Conduct customer visits, equipment presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Regularly visit construction sites, farms, plantations, and equipment rental companies.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Follow up on customer satisfaction after equipment delivery.
Assist customers in selecting suitable equipment for their applications.
Identify upcoming construction, infrastructure, and agricultural projects.
Monitor competitor activities and market pricing.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and demonstration events.
Work closely with the service and spare parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts.
Follow up on customer payments and collections when required.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
Sales experience for 1 to 3 years is preferred Fresh graduates with strong motivation may be considered.
Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, machinery, agricultural equipment, lubricants, or industrial products is an advantage.
Basic understanding of construction and agricultural equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel extensively within Cambodia.
Basic English communication.
Chinese ability is an advantage.
