- The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily sales activities, supporting the achievement of sales targets, managing customer relationships, and assisting the Sales Manager in expanding the lubricant throughout Cambodia.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly Sales Target Achievement.
- New Customer Acquisition.
- Customer Retention.
- Sales Pipeline Development.
- Timely Reporting.
- Team Productivity and Route Coverage.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Operations Execute sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
- Promote lubricant products and value-added services.
- Team Supervision Supervise and support sales representatives in daily operations.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff.
- Customer Service Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.
- Reporting & Administration Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports.
- Update customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Sales experience for 3 to 5 years as a minimum Experience in lubricants, automotive products, spare parts, industrial equipment, or related sectors preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong selling, communication, and interal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to independently and manage multiple priorities.
