Create, and publish engaging photography, video, reels, graphics, and written content across communication and social media channels.
Provide graphic design and communications support for events, programs, meetings, newsletters, notices and activities, ranging from major -wide events to smaller parent, student, and staff activities.
Design professional print and digital materials, including brochures, posters, banners, advertisements, presentations, newsletters, event signage, programs, invitations, certificates, and social media graphics.
Coordinate photography and video coverage and maintain an organized media and design library, ensuring appropriate permissions, privacy, and safeguarding requirements are followed.
Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across platforms and materials.
Monitor engagement and marketing performance, report key insights to leadership, and appropriately respond to or escalate messages, complaints, safeguarding concerns, and sensitive issues.
Respond promptly and professionally to prospective family inquiries in English and clearly communicate programs, values, fees, and enrollment requirements.
Coordinate visits and tours with leaders and teachers Follow up with prospective families and maintain accurate records of inquiries, visits, applications, enrollments, and lead sources.
Develop and support enrollment and re-enrollment campaigns, Open Houses, fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment activities.
Track which marketing channels and activities generate inquiries and enrollments and use this data to recommend improvements to leadership.
Keep the 's website information accurate and up to date.
Update news, announcements, calendars, events, and other relevant information.
Regularly review online information to identify outdated or incorrect content.
Ensure contact information, admissions information, policies, and key documents are easily accessible.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, , Media, Design, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience in marketing, communications, recruitment, customer service, or a related field.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Khmer and/or Chinese and translation skills are an advantage.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong social media, photography, video, and content-creation skills.
Strong interal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with systems; experience in education or marketing is an advantage.
