About the role

Develop and implement BaaS strategies to enhance service offerings and customer experience.
Manage partnerships with fintech companies and other third-party service providers.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on BaaS progress and performance.
Oversee the integration of banking services into partner platforms.
Ensure customer needs are met through effective Banking as a Service solutions and services.
Monitor and analyze the performance of BaaS products and services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to align BaaS initiatives with overall goals.
Identify and address potential risks and issues related to BaaS operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 05 years of experience in development, API Integration, or marketing, preferably within the tech industry.
Extensive experience in banking or financial services with focus on Banking as a Service or digital transformation.
Ability to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans.
Excellent interal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to independently and as part of a team.
