- Up Sex: Male/Female Work Condition: Monday to Saturday Work may require evening and weekend work Working hour 7:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5pm DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As Sales & Marketing Manager, the employee shall be responsible for the following: Promote and sell the company’s construction, engineering, and related services to local and foreign clients. Develop new business opportunities from Japanese and other markets in Cambodia. Conduct market research and survey to identify potential projects, investors, and business opportunities. Perform regular city field visits / site scanning / area roaming to monitor ongoing and upcoming developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and business owners. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports. Attend client meetings, networking events, and business discussions. Coordinate internally with management and operations teams regarding project requirements. Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and industry movement. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Provide recommendations for business expansion and market penetration. Perform other duties related to sales and marketing as assigned by management.
