PHONE 086 360 009 EMAIL TO: [email protected] Announcement Description We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below: Announcement Positions Logistics Admin Apply Now WORKPLACE CIRCUMSTANCES ENVIRONMENT: Office LANGUAGES: English, Khmer LOCATION: Phnom Penh POSITION CIRCUMSTANCES CAREER CATEGORY: Logistics, Business Administration SCHEDULE: Full-time SALARY: Negotiable POSITION SUMMARY REPORT TO: Logistics Supervisor Support the logistics team with administrative tasks, focusing on document handling, data entry, and cross-department coordination for local distribution using both company cold trucks and outsourced trucks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing and filing delivery documents (DO, invoices, POD).
Support Logistics Admin with data entry and performance tracking for both company and outsource trucks.
Help coordinate with outsourced truck providers on communication and documentation.
Group communicate with Sales, Warehouse, and teams to ensure alignment on deliveries.
Assist in preparing route plans and weekly reports.
Perform ad-hoc administrative support tasks as assigned.
EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate Diploma in Year 3–4 Student.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills Good communication skills for cross-department and vendor coordination.
Willingness to learn cold-chain and truck operations.
