To support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth inbound and outbound processes, proper documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams to achieve operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily inbound and outbound activities.
- Preparing inbound and outbound reports for 3rd party warehouse team, internal departments, and external department.
- Ensure timely processing of delivery orders.
- Support receiving, checking, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor stock movement accuracy.
- Maintain stock accuracy in system and physical inventory.
- Monitor blocked/unblocked stock and damaged stock.
- Perform cycle count and stock reconciliation.
- Process transactions in SAP / warehouse system.
- Maintain warehouse records and reports.
- Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse team, suppliers / internal departments and external departments to enhance operational alignment.
- Identify operational issues and propose solutions.
- Escalate critical issues to supervisor.
- Ensure warehouse SOP compliance.
- Implementing and maintaining warehouse procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare performance reports on order fulfilments.
