About the role

Be an effective member of each department they are assigned to during their rotations and demonstrate leadership qualities and take on increasing responsibilities.
Gain a good knowledge and understanding of each department's flow and policies Observe and learn from experienced staff members Be proactive in looking for potential to make improvements in current processes and ing environment Assist in creating & executing operation and/or HSE plans, cost management projects, proposal, etc. Assist with project management and contribute to organizational initiatives.
Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Engage in problem-solving and process improvement activities.

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong academic record and a passion for learning and development.
Excellent communication and interal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively.
Proactive attitude and a team player.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
