About the role
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Execute on-site activations with high quality and brand consistency.Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution during events.Supervise on-ground team during activations.Capture real-time customer insights & Track participation numbers.Record observations on engagement levels and product interest.Ensure all documents comply with company standards and policies and submit documents for review and approval before activation.Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS At least 1-3 years in activations or event support.Bachelor's degree in communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Knowledge in Activation management, supplier coordination, customer engagement.Detail-oriented, proactive, team player.Professional and physically fit for on-site work.Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure, and good health.
