Acquire and onboard medium loan clients, analyze and process their loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Maintain existing and build new medium clients in accordance with guidelines.
Collect required client documents for loan application to verify eligibility.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records to prevent fraud.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment.
Process and prepare Credit Appraisal Reports for loan approval.
Explain loan types and credit options to clients for cross-selling.
Make regular site visits to existing customers to assess loan collateral and financial situation, and develop relationships for cross-selling.
Monitor processed loans for timely repayment.
Follow up on post-disbursement conditions and financial covenants.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to the supervisor.
Discuss credit-related issues and loan packaging for financial advice and tailored solutions, and cross-sell other banking products.
Handle client issues or complaints and process to higher authority if needed.
Stay abreast of new loan types and financial services to meet customer needs.

Fresh graduate or bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
None to less than one year of experience in banking and financial services industry.
Basic knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Demonstration of presentation and sales skills.
Good customer service, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and internal skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem solving, negotiation and internal skill.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
