National Sales Manager:

• Build and maintain distribution system.

• Align coverage to deliver sale target.
• Ensure enough resources to deliver business goals.
• Forecast sales rolling 3 months.
• Identify and action plan on dead stocks.
• Identify and action plan on high holding stocks.
• Ensure accuracy of forecasts.

Market Research and Analysis Executive:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential target markets.
• Initiate, conceptualize, and develop new products that address customer needs and market opportunities, such as product spec/sizing/price positioning.
• Analyse project feasibility.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts, reports, and analyses of business development performance to senior management.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns (online ads, social media, email newsletters, content marketing).
• Provide guidance and support to junior business development staff, helping them enhance their skills and performance.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

National Sales Manager:

• Minimum at least 05-07 years’ experience in sales management position preferably in FMCG.
• Planning and implementing sale goals Build and manage distribution system Lead an effective sale team Presentation and negotiation Analysis of data Coaching Project managing Proficient in MS office: Word Excel, PPT Good Communication in English.
