style="text-align: justify;"><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-0"><span>Lead, supervise, <span class="noselect"> and </span>provide technical guidance <span class="noselect"> to </span>the Social <span class="noselect"> Work </span>team <span class="noselect"> to </span>ensure effective delivery <span class="noselect"> of </span>student welfare <span class="noselect"> and </span>family <span class="noselect"> support </span>services.</span></li><li class="indent-0"><span>Develop, implement, <span class="noselect"> and </span>monitor social <span class="noselect"> work </span>policies, procedures, <span class="noselect"> and </span>case management systems <span class="noselect"> in </span>accordance <span class="noselect"> with </span>organizational <span class="noselect"> and </span>child protection standards.</span></li><li class="indent-0"><span>Oversee <span class="noselect"> the </span>identification, assessment, <span class="noselect"> and </span>support <span class="noselect"> of </span>students <span class="noselect"> and </span>families facing social, emotional, behavioral, financial, <span class="noselect"> or </span>protection-related challenges.</span></li><li class="indent-0"><span>Ensure timely <span class="noselect"> and </span>appropriate responses <span class="noselect"> to </span>child protection processes, including risk assessments, intervention planning, referrals, follow-up actions, <span class="noselect"> and </span>case reviews.</span></li><li class="indent-0"><span>Coordinate <span class="noselect"> with </span>school leadership, teachers, <span class="noselect"> and </span>support staff <span class="noselect"> to </span>develop <span class="noselect"> and </span>implement Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Community Development, related field.
  • Experience social work, counseling, child protection, community development for 5 years as a minimum At least experience a supervisory leadership role for 2 years Experience working with children, vulnerable families, schools, NGOs, community-based programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex child protection case management situations.
