About the role

Support daily sales administration, including order processing, data entry, and customer follow-up.
Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and supply teams to ensure smooth delivery and replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and account updates.
Prepare sales reports, track performance, and share timely updates with the team.
Assist in managing retail customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Monitor stock levels, promotions, and in-store execution to support account success.
Support team coordination and help improve flow efficiency across sales operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in , Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Entry-level experience in sales administration, FMCG, or retail support is an advantage.
Good understanding of sales processes, customer service, and basic trade operations.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Able to prepare reports and analyze data accurately using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to well under pressure.
Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Willing to in Phnom Penh, Saensokh, and travel as required.
