The "New Generation School" project of the Organization for Cambodia Education Action (KAPE) will publicly bid to select construction companies, construction contractors, and local handicraft enterprises to renovate school buildings and supply furniture at Pursat High School, Pursat Province, Aranyarangssey Secondary School, Siem Reap Province, and Preah Ang Doung High School, Prey Veng Province in 2026.
Construction companies, construction contractors, and handicraft enterprises with a single owner can only submit one bid request.
If a company or construction contractor participating in the bidding is found to be affiliated with or have the same owner, their bid will be automatically rejected.
Requirements
Interested construction companies, construction contractors, and handicraft enterprises should contact the Organization for Cambodia Education Action to inquire about bidding and the preparation of documents to confirm the qualifications of the bidders from June 23, 2026, to June 30, 2026, strictly by 5:00 PM via electronic mail (email attached), and also copy (CC) all relevant parties.
KAPE will hold an orientation meeting on the online price quotation procedure (Zoom Meet) on July 1, 2026, at 9:30 AM.
Notes: All price quotation documents and bid application forms will only be distributed to companies that attend the orientation meeting.
All construction companies, construction contractors, and handicraft enterprises can participate in the bidding only if they have personally visited the target school sites and compared them with the BoQ provided by the project, and have a signature and stamp of approval from the target school director confirming that they have inspected it correctly (the site visit is for work inspection, not just for the school director's stamp).
This must be submitted in a separate envelope from the bid application form for the procurement committee to easily review before opening the bid envelopes.
All price quotation documents and bid application forms must include a 10% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Sending via electronic mail (email, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
All price quotation documents and bid application forms must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, with the signature and stamp of the construction company, construction contractor, and handicraft enterprise on the envelope.
They must be submitted to the "New Generation School" project office of the Organization for Cambodia Education Action (KAPE) located within the Preah Sisowath High School premises, Phnom Penh, strictly by 5:00 PM on July 7, 2026.
