• Lead all digital transformation initiatives to ensure full alignment with the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
• Own and govern the delivery of digital and non-digital projects (plan, coordinate, and manage).
• Develop project plans, business requirements (BRD), project scopes, functional specifications, timelines, and budgets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure projects comply with regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct project reviews and recommend continuous improvements opportunities.
• Integrate digital solutions with existing systems and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Provide creative tech solutions for partners.
• Stay updated on market trends and develop sales processes to acquire new business.
• Conduct market surveys and track industry growth and competitors.
• Develop monthly digital and social media strategies to boost sales.
• Support other business or non-business projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project management, Marketing, or a related field 4-5 years of experience in digital projects or the insurance sector Knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and project workflows Experience with internal teams and external vendors Strong computer skills; proficient in project management and office software Good time management and ability to resolve issues under pressure Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer Able to lead projects independently and meet tight deadlines
