QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field

Five to eight years of extensive managerial experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including product development, market research, advertising, and public relations.
- Strong understanding of business and industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Extremely skilled with Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms such as Video Marketing, SEO & SEM, Content Marketing, Data & Analytics, AI, Design Thinking & Planning, Email Marketing.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills.
