Counting and verifying goods according to PO, Packing List, DO information from data staff.
Inspecting the appearance of goods, checking for discrepancies in product codes, product names, colors, product sizes inside and outside boxes or packaging (including imported goods, LCNB PullBack goods, VM Props, uniforms, paper bags, defective goods, and Taras).
Making records with transportation partners for unusual goods cases (torn, double taped, wet, dented), taking photos to document unusual cases, opening boxes to inspect goods for damage, moisture, tears, etc., and documenting issues and confirming the quantity of damage with transportation partners and guards.
Managing the arrangement of goods in the warehouse to be clean and tidy by zone, by label, by type, by SKU, managing goods, paper bags, VM Props, uniforms, defective goods, and Taras items.
Receiving assigned picking documents from direct supervisor, performing picking, packing, and delivering prepared and packed goods to the waiting area for export to each export store.
Handing over exported goods and documents to transportation partners, signing and receiving handover records with transportation partners according to the assigned numbers, to general security and transportation partners, synthesizing documents and handing them over to general data management staff.
Performing daily cycle counts, arranging goods by brand, type, SKU, and scanning and recording storage locations as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Inventorying on schedule and receiving information from management to arrange goods by zone and location as assigned by the direct supervisor and warehouse manager.
Coordinating to support other teams during peak periods of the company, contributing to the fulfillment of general duties assigned by the company.
Implementing 5S in accordance with fire prevention regulations.
Complying with company internal laws and warehouse regulations.
Implementing work arrangements and assignments from the direct supervisor and warehouse manager.
Requirements

Experience in warehouse operations.

Experience in high-fashion products is a plus.
Good computer skills, especially Excel.
Working hours from Monday to Saturday every week.
Overtime to receive containers according to the schedule set by the direct supervisor and warehouse manager.
Respect for work tasks and instructions from superiors.
Reporting work results assigned by superiors at the end of the day; cases requiring immediate attention should be reported immediately to the direct supervisor to capture information for resolution and work arrangement.
