Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and code of conduct Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Develop and implement digital tool adoption strategies and roadmaps for BD team Drive initiatives to increase product share within the BD team network Develop and execute national BD team network expansion plans Identify, evaluate, recruit, negotiate, and onboard workshop partners and franchisees Conduct market and territory analysis to identify growth opportunities Deliver annual network growth targets Develop and implement operating manuals, SOPs, safety standards, and branding guidelines Conduct audits and performance reviews to ensure service quality and operational consistency Monitor and implement corrective action plans for underperforming workshops Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and brand requirements Develop partner engagement initiatives and resolve operational or commercial issues Monitor and analyze sales performance and report to senior management Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability through targeted initiatives Design and deliver training programs for workshop owners, managers, and technicians Strengthen technical skills, customer service, sales effectiveness, and continuous improvement practices Provide training on general car maintenance beyond quick lubricant changes Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service commitments Address customer feedback, resolve service gaps, and improve retention and loyalty Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and local business development Plan and manage annual budgets for BD team development, renovation, and digital projects Lead workshop setup, renovation, expansion, and digital transformation projects Manage ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management, or a related field; MBA preferred Technical Skills: Business development, project management, market analysis, and partner acquisition Soft Skills: Strong leadership and influence, strategic thinking and decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution, effective communication, time management, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and a commitment to continuous learning Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Cambodian market, commercial business awareness, and service chain management Language Skills: Khmer (proficient); English (proficient) Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience and 3 years of marketing and operations experience in automotive or workshop chains; mechanical experience is an advantage
