About the role

  • The Senior eVendor Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding potential businesses, service providers, and merchants to join ABA BillZone – a digital platform that facilitates seamless bill collection, mini-app services, and service integrations through ABA Mobile and ABA Business.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for acquiring and building relationships with both potential and well-known vendors, ensuring a strong and diverse vendor network.
  • Actively research and identify new potential business partners across various sectors (utilities, education, insurance, services, retail, etc.) for BillZone services.
  • Promote the value proposition of BillZone, including services such as bill payment, and partner mini-app integrations.
  • Establish initial contact, conduct product presentations, and maintain relationships with prospective vendors and service providers.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding process including partner registration, documentation, account setup, and coordination with technical and legal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure successful launch and promotion of new partners on the platform.
  • Monitor performance of onboarded vendors and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional ABA digital services.
  • Maintain accurate records of acquisition pipelines, partner statuses, and reporting metrics in the internal acquisition tools.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall growth and success of the vendor network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance & banking, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, solutions, payments, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in sales, customer service, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and presentations.
  • Language proficiency in Khmer, English, and/or Chinese is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and vendors.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365, PowerPoint, etc.).
