About the role

Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs to support service excellence.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
Support attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, and other HR operational tasks.
Help manage employee relations, resolve basic HR issues, and promote a positive workplace.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and hotel HR procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, training coordination, and HR administration processes.
Good understanding of Cambodian labor practices and workplace compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Office; HR software experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
