About the role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and successful execution of the feasibility study and implementation stage.
This includes coordinating key stakeholders, managing a comprehensive project feasibility study with precise assessments of market viability, infrastructure needs, environmental impact, and financial projections.
They will monitor and ensure quality, and provide critical inputs into the feasibility process.
They will also establish and manage detailed project objectives, scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with KFP’s strategic goals.
Additionally, the coordinator will develop and execute a strategic, data-driven business attraction plan targeting anchor tenants, lead negotiations with prospective investors, and facilitate seamless business setup for incoming tenants.
They will also establish efficient and sustainable operational procedures and management systems for the newly commissioned industrial park, and manage timely project documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Business Management, Entrepreneurship or a closely related field.
Progressive experience in project coordination or managing large-scale, complex development projects, ideally within the special economic zone, industrial real estate, agro-industry, or logistics/cold chain sectors.
