Translate verbal communications, emails, and documents from Chinese to Khmer to bridge the language gap and support the internal operations team.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with Chinese clients to ensure high service satisfaction. Identify any challenges or client concerns and report them to management for timely solutions.
