Monitor and report on interest rate and liquidity risks to ensure the organization's financial stability.
Develop and implement strategies to manage the organization's asset and liability portfolios effectively.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to asset and liability management.
Utilize financial models to assess balance sheet behaviors, net interest income performance, and interest rate sensitivities.
Prepare and present reports on the organization's ALM position to senior management and relevant committees.
Work closely with various departments to gather necessary data and implement ALM strategies effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, with a strong background in ALM.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel; experience with ALM software and financial modeling tools is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaboratively.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective ALM strategies.
