ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations to promote company solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and on time.
Follow up on sales leads and project opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Requirements
2–5 years of project sales experience within construction or industrial industries.
Experience working with contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
