About the role
- Fulfill assigned duties by the Head of English Program and school management to ensure smooth and effective teaching and learning.
- Cooperate in reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating the teaching quality of teachers.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in assessing students' abilities and learning outcomes.
- Develop curricula and operational policies for effective teaching and learning.
- Prepare work plans, lead monthly meetings, and share information with teachers.
- Participate in meetings to prepare work plans as assigned by management.
- Participate in organizing and managing various school activities as assigned by management.
- Prepare training courses related to pedagogical professional development for teachers.
- Strengthen the effective implementation of the school's internal regulations.
- Consult and resolve all issues related to students, guardians, and teachers when necessary.
- Cooperate and work closely with the Head of English Program and relevant departments.
- Collaborate strategically and operationally with English program teachers, school principals, parents, guardians, and students.
- Act as a good ambassador for the school and the company.
Requirements
- Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent diploma.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- At least 3 years of teaching and management experience.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Possess extensive knowledge of computer technology, especially Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently manage operational tasks, be proactive, and highly responsible.
- Have innovative ideas for developing pedagogical competencies.
- Possess leadership skills, be proactive, and adapt to circumstances.
