About the role
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all locations.
- Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts and full stock takes) and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inventory movements (receiving, transfers, returns, adjustments).
- Coordinate with warehouse, retail, and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and overstock situations.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports using system tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
- Support system improvements and implementation of inventory control processes.
- Maintain accurate product coding, SKU management, and system updates.
- Other tasks as requested from Line Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUM, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
