About the role

Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video content.
Trim, cut, and arrange sequences for clarity and impact.
Add visual effects, graphics, titles, subtitles, and sound elements.
Perform basic color correction and audio adjustment.
Ensure compliance with EBC branding and content guidelines.
Revise edits based on feedback and deadlines.
Support teachers during video recording (PD support).
Prepare and review slides for filming (format, spelling, layout).
Ensure content follows lesson plans and scripts.
Upload and manage lessons on LMS/CMS platforms.
Create and manage user accounts.
Create, copy, backup, and restore courses.
Support teachers and students with access issues.
Assist in training teachers and students on platform usage.
Design posters, banners, and digital materials.
Create motion graphics and visual elements.
Design 2D character mascots when required.
Support 3D modeling and XR-related tasks when assigned.
Collaborate with producers, cameramen, and content teams.
Participate in innovation and creative development.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

Experience as a video editor for 1 year as a minimum.
Basic Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
Davinci.
Knowledge in film studies, cinematography or related field.
Good command of English.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
Respect and support AG Education values and mission.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to learn new things.

EBC provides coordination support to Ministry and its project partners to develop online education functional service flow to enhance Cambodia’s online educational services. Provide administrative and coordination support to Ministry with Korean projects. Establish one-stop shop for Ministry certified teachers to receive free services in filming, editing, and posting by EBC staff. Serve other Cambodia Ministries to freely utilize EBC TV and e-Learning studios. Localize and distribute online educational contents while quickly adapting to the future technological innovations.
