Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations, office supplies, facility maintenance, and factory documentation.
Facilitate smooth communication, translate administrative documents, and bridge conversations between Chinese management and local Khmer staff/authorities.
Assist with employee records, attendance monitoring, onboarding coordination, and ensuring compliance with factory policies.
Handle administrative correspondence with local government ministries, suppliers, and external partners as required.
Requirements
5+ years of administrative management experience specifically within the garment or textile industry.
Fluent in Chinese and Khmer (both spoken and written) to manage bilingual documentation and corporate communication.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities, deep knowledge of factory administrative workflows, and proficiency in office software.
