The Department of School Health will conduct a public tender for the supply of "Refraction Equipment" (8 types, 32 units) and delivery to the Department of School Health, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
This tender will be conducted through competitive local pricing in accordance with the laws and regulations of public procurement in the Kingdom of Cambodia and the financial and procurement management procedures of the project "KH25-01: Strengthening Eye Health Services for Comprehensive and Inclusive Care in Cambodia" in the education sector 2025-2027, supported by The Fred Hollows Foundation, Cambodia, within the framework of grant cooperation from development partners to the Royal Government of Cambodia, through the Department of School Health, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, to promote eye health care and restore vision for students and education personnel in the education sector.

Interested companies are invited to contact the Department of School Health for documentation preparation.
Bids will be opened on July 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Companies must have a quality guarantee for the refraction equipment and are responsible for all damages and expenses during transportation.
Companies with affiliated relationships or a single source can only submit one bid and must provide legal registration documents.
The awarded company will complete the supply and delivery by September 4, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
