About the role

Lead marketing strategy and brand growth for a leading automotive business.
You will drive campaigns, strengthen market presence, and support sales through creative, data-informed marketing execution.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets.
Lead brand campaigns across digital, media, events, and dealer channels to grow awareness.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide decisions.
Work closely with sales, product, and agency partners to launch effective promotions.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reports to ensure strong ROI.
Oversee content, creative assets, and messaging for consistent brand communication.
Plan and support product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, including managerial responsibility.
Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
Experience in automotive, retail, or consumer product marketing is an advantage.
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action plans.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are highly desirable.
Creative thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
