• Set-up and maintain laptop computers for all company employees
• Manage Microsoft 365 email system and Microsoft SharePoint cloud storage
• Maintain company phones and chat apps for sales staff, manage social medial accounts for marketing
• Maintain internal company routers and wifi network
• Maintain company printers and all other office IT equipment
• Help staff with IT questions and maintain all other IT systems (QuickBooks accounting system and others)

University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required Computer Science or IT Systems Management degree is preferred Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, skincare clinic, or healthcare business is a plus Advance computer skills (Microsoft) and physical networking (wifi router) experience is required Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude) Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills Honest and positive attitude
