ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Graphic Designer will serve as the custodian of the brand’s visual identity, responsible for creating high-end creative content and overseeing the aesthetic direction across all marketing channels. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead, maintain, and elevate visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative platforms. Produce premium online and offline assets, including social media graphics, high-end booklets, billboards, sales kits, and presentation decks. Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, animated social media ads, and kinetic typography to enhance digital presence. Partner with Marketing and Content teams to transform core branding concepts into visually stunning layouts and campaigns. Apply advanced color grading techniques to imagery and marketing photographs to maintain the signature "golden hour" and premium visual palette. Direct the creative flow of promotions and develop video storyboards. Quality Assurance: Oversee all production proofs and print collateral to guarantee absolute consistency and precision in luxury branding.

A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing commercial layout skills, luxury branding, lifestyle photography, and conceptual thinking. 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with high value placed on backgrounds in luxury brands, premium real estate, or top-tier advertising agencies. Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with contemporary web layout practices. Proficiency in using professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras for capturing project imagery and lifestyle moments. Expert-level skills in photo post-processing, color correction, and grading using Lightroom or Photoshop. A sharp eye for elegant typography, visual continuity, balanced negative space, and corporate color application.
