Act as the primary IT partner for factory operations, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Lead and manage local IT operations, ensuring high service delivery standards under group IT policies and frameworks.
Drive and deliver IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and commitments.
Coordinate with Group IT and external vendors to deliver solutions on time.
Support, optimize, and enhance manufacturing systems, including PLM, ERP, MES, WMS, Barcode/RFID, etc. Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure and cybersecurity practices including network, servers, and end-user devices such as CCTV, attendance systems etc. Provide guidance on group IT governance, policies, and standards, ensuring local adoption while balancing operational needs.
Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
At least 8 years of IT experience, with solid exposure to manufacturing environments (garment industry experience is highly preferred).
Proven ability to work with diverse business stakeholders across functions and levels.
Strong understanding of manufacturing applications and business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
Exposure to application development, dashboards, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage.
Experience working in a matrix organization, balancing local demands with corporate standards.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
