Description

Drive account opening, payroll service, and CASA by engaging new and existing customers, ensuring target achievement, preparing sales reports, and addressing challenges like KYC and communication issues.
Actively approach factory owners and decision-makers in the field to ensure deals are closed effectively and quickly.
Initiate plans and actions for 'reactivate payroll disbursement' for factories without disbursement and collaborate with teams to speed up the onboarding process until disbursement is active.
Prepare daily prospects, conduct presentations, follow up, negotiate, and update management on deal progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure weekly and monthly targets are consistently monitored and met.
Initiate value-added propositions for inactive payroll, cross-selling additional products such as IBB, Salary Loan, and TT.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Management, and/or related field.
Minimum two years of working experience in banking, banking service operations, and/or related fields.
Excellent knowledge of bank guidelines and loan operation process.
Demonstrated supervisory and management skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
Strong problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand banking operations including policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable law, rules, and regulations.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft 365.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
