About the role

Conduct operational monitoring and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and IT services.
Resolve issues arising from hardware and software failures.
Act as a central communication coordinator for related departments.
Monitor and optimize monitoring systems to prioritize critical alarm alerts.
Perform initial alarm analysis to identify problems, followed by restoration or first-level support.
Notify management and other units during system outages.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues/incidents by coordinating with relevant teams or vendors to ensure SLA compliance.
Regularly review IT infrastructure device and service performance to prevent abnormalities or outages.
Manage and respond to requests/incidents by opening trouble tickets and following up until closure within SLA.
Track and document all IT infrastructure guidelines and diagrams to ensure they are up-to-date and well-organized.
Perform proper handover/takeover of daily duties, clearly indicating completed and remaining tasks.
Communicate and liaise with other departments, immediately notifying appropriate parties of issues affecting efficient operations, including outages and service disruptions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on IT infrastructure services availability.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum two years of experience in IT monitoring and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure in banking or telecom industry.
Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Grafana, CheckMK, Nagios, Cacti, or other monitoring tools.
Good understanding of Window and Linux administration.
Good understanding of networking concepts including IP protocol, subnetting, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, DPLC, MPLS, switching, and routing protocols.
Basic understanding of database structures.
Basic understanding of data center environment, VMware environment, and components such as cooling, power supply, backup generator, etc. Demonstration of analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to learn and develop all necessary technical skills.
Proactiveness, commitment, and good teamwork.
Ability to work in a shift rotation 24/7 daily, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
