ABOUT THE ROLE The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, cinematic visual content, ensuring that all productions align with the company's premium brand identity and luxury aesthetic. WHAT YOU WILL DO Produce cinematic promotional videos, virtual home tours, and engaging short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) by expertly cutting and splicing raw footage. Implement professional color grading to achieve the brand’s signature "golden hour" luxury look, ensuring consistent color palettes across all camera angles. Enhance the emotional impact of content by cleaning, mixing, and balancing voiceovers and background music, selecting premium soundtracks that fit the luxury branding. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate storyboards into final products, ensuring the pacing of each video adheres to high-end real estate marketing aesthetics. Maintain organized project archives and manage final rendering, encoding, and optimization for various digital display resolutions and platforms.

2–4 years of professional video editing experience, ideally within a real estate, architectural, or commercial agency environment. Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. High proficiency in color correction, look creation, and grading flat/LOG profiles to establish premium visual tones. Ability to implement clean motion graphics, such as kinetic typography and MOGRTs, using Adobe After Effects. Comprehensive understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and compression techniques for both mobile-first and landscape displays. Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and content creators.
