• Check and prepare Imp/ Exp documents to Customs.
• Follow up, tracking cargo status and timely update.
• Coordinate with customers, carrier and clearance team.
• Handle issues related to missing or incorrect documentation, delays or customs holds.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment details, including tariffs, duty tax and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Close shipment file and report to head of teams.
• Other tasks assigned by head of teams.

Finish high school or fresh graduated of any related field At least 1 year experience in Logistics field Be able to use English for communication Hard working, loyalty, punctual, flexible and patient Good attitude, commitment and be able to work under pressure Have own transportation and smart phone.
